1. Contest Overview
JetBlue Airways Corporation (“JetBlue”) presents the “DR: Orgullo que eleva” livery design contest (the “Contest”), inviting the public to vote for their favorite airplane livery design created by selected artists from the Dominican Republic. The winning design will be painted on an official JetBlue aircraft, symbolizing Dominican heritage and artistic pride. This Contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Voting Period
- Voting opens on January 22, 2026 at 8:00 AM EST and closes on February 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST.
- JetBlue reserves the right to extend, modify, or cancel the Voting Period at its sole discretion, in accordance with applicable law.
3. Voting Process
- Each eligible participant may cast one (1) vote per email address for the entire duration of the Voting Period.
- Votes must be submitted through the official voting website: https://votajetbluerd.com.
- Duplicate votes, automated voting, or the use of fake or disposable email addresses will result in disqualification.
- JetBlue reserves the right to review, audit, and validate all votes.
4. Winner Selection
- The artist whose livery design receives the highest number of valid votes will be declared the winner.
- In the event of a tie, JetBlue will select a winner based on internal review criteria including artistic impact and cultural representation.
- JetBlue’s decision is final and binding.
5. Prize
- The Winning Design will be painted on a JetBlue aircraft. This shall be the awarded prize, and no cash or substitutions will be granted. Prize is nontransferable.
- The winner artist will receive public recognition through JetBlue’s official platforms and may be featured in promotional campaigns with no additional compensation. The winner grants the promoter the right to announce and share their name, voice, and image, in any media, in regard to the contest, without further compensation.
- No compensation or prize will be awarded to voters.
6. Design Rights
- Participating artists grant JetBlue and its subsidiaries a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, display, and promote submitted designs in connection with the Contest and related marketing efforts.
- JetBlue retains exclusive rights to use the Winning Design for commercial and promotional purposes.
7. Disqualification
JetBlue reserves the right to disqualify any votes or designs that:

- Any attempt involving fraud, vote tampering, or abuse of the voting system will result in disqualification.
- Designs or content containing offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate material may be disqualified at JetBlue’s discretion.
8. Privacy & Promotional Emails
- Email addresses submitted during voting will be used solely to verify vote authenticity and eligibility.
- Participants will have the option to opt in to receive future promotional communications from JetBlue.
- Opting in is not required to vote and does not affect the outcome of the Contest.
- All personal data will be handled in accordance with JetBlue’s Privacy Policy: https://www.jetblue.com/legal/privacy
9. Limitation of Liability
JetBlue is not responsible for any technical failures, miscommunications, lost votes, or unauthorized access to voting data. By participating, voters agree to these terms and to hold JetBlue harmless from any claims or damages arising from the Contest. JetBlue is not responsible of any typographical error in any material related to this contest, or any technical fault of any sort including hardware and software.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and the Contest are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
